Fourteen (or “catorce” for our Spanish readers who won’t understand the rest of this blog) is a special number for Dubs and me. It’s the age where my baseball ability peaked. It’s also the age where Dubs began his journey as a man in the Jewish religion. So as you can imagine, this episode meant a lot to us.
And by that, of course, I mean not really anymore than any other episode does. Anyway, if you’re a fan of the episodes that Hoopes isn’t in on (and who isn’t?) then you’ll love this episode. We do another rousing addition of “Crickpressions,” somewhat recap the first weekend of March Madness, and I struggle to do math calculating the over/unders of jokes told during the NCAA Tournament. We also discuss Dubs’ new drinking habit and have another hit in Battleship.
So enjoy what we threw together in a fashion that could best be described as haphazard. Oh, and if you’re paying attention, the transition songs are all by the same band. Here’s a hint of their name is: “To _____ a Predator,” and Roger Clemens’ jersey number.
