1. Revenge of the Nerds

If you saw a bunch of Comicon fanboys (and girls) taking to the streets this weekend it wasn’t because a new Harry Potter movie dropped. There was a loosely organized pro-science march reminiscent of the Women’s march in January. As expected, the nerds didn’t disappoint with their signs. FULL LINEUP AT AOL

2. FREE HUGS!

The Wall Street Journal has hit a new low with their “Guide to Corporate Hugging.” Apparently, hugs aren’t just for people you care about anymore. Entry Revel’s policy is that the butt-out variety is ok. FULL STORY AT THE WSJ

3. Fresh Squeezed

The Uber of juicer companies had a tough go at it last week. Bloomberg revealed that a real life human hand could squeeze their patented juice packets with the same results as the $400 juicer. FULL STORY AT NPR
